DICKININ GRANULES หรือ new Jikinin granules ジキニン ชนิดผง เป็นยาสามัญประจำบ้านของญี่ปุ่น ที่ช่วย บรรเทาปวดลดไข้ อาการหวัด ละลายเสมหะในลำคอ แก้เจ็บคอ จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น  ออกแบบให้พกพาและทานง่าย แบ่งเป็นซองๆ  ชนิดผงซองรับประทานสะดวก จาก บ. ZENYAKU KOGYO CO., LTD. ประเทศญี่ปุ่น

สรรพคุณ บรรเทาอาการต่าง ๆ ของโรคไข้หวัด (ปวดศีรษะ, ไข้, เจ็บคอ, ไอ, เสมหะ, น้ำมูกไหล, อาการคัดจมูก, จาม, เสมหะ, ปวดข้อ, ปวดกล้ามเนื้อ)

รับประทานวันละ 3 ครั้ง (ทานต่อเนื่องทุกวัน) ภายใน 30 นาทีหลังอาหาร
ผู้ใหญ่ (15 ปีขึ้นไป): 1 ซอง, เด็ก (12-14 ปี): 2/3 ซอง, น้อยกว่า 12 ปี: ต้องหลีกเลี่ยง

(1) อย่าให้กับเด็กยกเว้นภายใต้คำแนะนำและการดูแลของผู้ปกครอง

Dihydrocodeine Phosphate : 8 mg,
dl-Methylephedrine Hydrochloride : 20 mg,
Acetaminophen : 300 mg,
Chlorpheniramine Maleate : 2.5 mg,
Anhydrous Caffeine : 25 mg,
Glycyrrhiza Extract : 150 mg (750mg as Glycyrrhiza)

relief of various symptoms of a common cold (headache, fever, sore throat, cough, sputum, runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, phlegm chill, joint pain, muscle pain).

Take following dose 3 times, daily within 30 minutes after last meal.
Adults (15 years and over): 1 sachet, children (12-14 years): 2/3 sachet, less than 12 year: to be avoided

1. The following persons should not use the medication;
(1) Those who have ever been attacked by symptoms of allergy caused by this medicine.
(2) Those who have ever been attacked by asthma after having used this medication or any other anti-pyretics and analgesics or cold remedies.
(3) Children under 15 years old.
2. Don't use any one of the following medicines while using this medication;
Other cold remedies, anti-pyretics, sedatives, anti-tussives and expectorants, oral medicines containing anti-histamines
(oral rhinitis medicines, medicines for motion sickness, anti-allergics)
3. Don't drive or operate motor vehicles or machinery after using this medication.
(This medication may cause some drowsiness.)
4. Nursing woman should either not use this medication or stop nursing while using this medication.
5. Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages while using this medication.
6. Avoid continuous use of this medication.

1.The following persons should consult a physician or pharmacist or registration seller;
(1) Those who are under treatment by a physician or dentist.
(2) Those who are pregnant or could be pregnant.
(3) Those who are elderly.
(4) Those who have ever been attacked by symptoms of allergy caused by medicines.
(5) Those who have the following symptoms. high fever, swelling, dysuria
(6) Person who have been diagnosed as suffering the following diseases; thyroid disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, hepatic disorders, renal disorders, ulcers in the stomach/duodenum, glaucoma, Respiratory dysfunction, Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, Obesity
2. When the following symptoms have occurred after using this medication, discontinue the medication immediately when the following cases have occurred and consult a physician or pharmacist or registration seller, showing this Package insert;
(1) Skin: rash, redness, itching
(2) digestive organs: nausea, vomiting, anorexia
(3) central nervous system: dizziness
(4) Urology: dysuria
(5) Others: Excessive hypothermia
The following severe symptoms may rarely occur. Immediately see your doctor;
(1) Shock (anaphylaxis): Symptoms, such as itching of skin, urticaria, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, breathing difficulties, palpitations, and clouding of consciousness may occur immediately after take.
(2) Oculomucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis: Hyperthermia, ocular hyperaemia, eye discharge, lip erosion, pain throat, widespread skin rash/redness, small pimples (small pustules) on reddened skin, general malaise, anorexia, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
(3) Hepatic function failure: Symptoms, such as fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and white of eyes), brown urine, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc. may occur.
(4) Kidney disorders: Symptoms, such as fever, rash, reduced urinary volume, general oedema, general malaise, arthralgia (painful joints) and diarrhea, etc. may occur.
(5) Interstitial pneumonia:
Losing breath, breathing difficulties, and generation of heat, etc. appear with the dry cough (cough not to accompany phlegm).
(When symptoms such as the dry cough and generation of heat deteriorate, discontinue using this medication, and see a doctor. Because these symptoms look like the symptom of the cold.)
(6) Pseudoaldosteronism, myopathy: In addition to listlessness, numbness, stretched feeling, and stiffness of hands and feet, feeling of weakness and muscular pain will appear and gradually progress
(7) Asthma: Asthma: Symptoms, such as wheezing or hissing when breathing, and difficult breathing, etc. may occur.
(8) Aplastic anemia: Symptoms, such as bruises, nose bleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale appearance of skin and mucosa, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, becoming dizzy from feeling sick and blood in the urine, etc. may occur.
(9) Agranulocytosis: Symptoms, such as acute high fever, chills and sore throat, etc. may occur.
(10) Respiratory depression: Shortness of breath, breathlessness etc. appear.
3. The following symptoms may appear after ingestion. If sustained or reinforced of such symptoms is seen, stop taking the medication and consult with the doctor, pharmacist or registered seller with this package insert please.
Constipation, mouth sweetness, drowsiness
4. When symptoms have not improved even after medication of 5-6 days, stop taking the medication and consult with the doctor, pharmacist or registered seller with this package insert please.

【Cautions on handling and storage】
(1) Store in a dry and cool place out of direct sunlight.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Don't put in another container. (To avoid misuse and to maintain quality).
