Bufferin คือยาแอสไพริน ยาแก้ปวดลดไข้ยอดฮิตจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น ที่ช่วยบรรเทาอาการปวด ลดไข้ ที่แก้อาการปวดหัว อาการปวดเมื่อยเช่น ตะคริว ปวดไหล่ และมีส่วนผสมของสารเคลือบกระเพาะอาหาร Dibuffer HT (synthetic hydrotalcite) จะไม่ทำให้ตัวยากัดกระเพาะอาหาร 

มีข้อดีคือ ยาลดไข้ Bufferin A

1. ลดไข้ บรรเทาปวดด้วยตัวยา acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin แอสไพริน)
2. ป้องกันการกัดกระเพาะของยาด้วย Dibuffer HT (synthetic hydrotalcite) เมื่อตัวยาลงถึงกระเพาะอาหารจะแตกตัวเป็นยาเคลือบกระเพาะก่อน แล้วแอสไพรินค่อยทำงาน จึงไม่ทำให้ระคายเคืองกระเพาะอาหาร
3. ตัวยาของบะฟาริน ทานแล้วไม่ทำให้ง่วงนอน หรือเกิดอาการมึนงง

มีส่วนผสมของยาแก้ปวดBufferin A ต่อ 1เม็ด

Acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) ... 330 mg

Synthetic hydrotalcite (Dye buffer HT) ··· 100 mg

วิธีทาน ยาลดไข้ Bufferin A

ผู้ใหญ่อายุ 15ปีขึ้นไป ทานครั้งละ 2เม็ด 1วัน ไม่เกิน 2ครั้ง (วันละไม่เกิน4เม็ด) ห่างกัน 6 ชม

*ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการทานยาตอนท้องว่าง  

*เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15 ปี ห้ามทานยานี้

*ห้ามทานติดต่อกันนาน 10 วัน

ข้อควรระวังในการทาน ยาลดไข้ Bufferin A

1.ได้เคยมีอาการแพ้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้ หรือตัวยา acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin แอสไพริน)

2.โรคหอบหืด หรือทานยาแก้ปวดลดไข้และมีอาการหอบหืด

3.เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 15ปี

4.กำลังตั้งครรภ์ หรือให้นมบุตร

5.อย่าบริโภคเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ก่อนหรือหลังการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้

6.ไม่ควรใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้อย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นระยะเวลานาน เกิน 10 วัน

(1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients

(2) Have ever had an asthma attack after using this product, any other pain reliever/fever reducer, or a cold medicine

(3) Are under 15 years old

(4) Are pregnant and expecting to give birth within 12 weeks

2. Do not take any of the following pharmaceuticals while using this product

Other pain relievers/fever reducers, cold medicines, sedatives

3. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this product

4. Do not use this product continuously for extended periods
